I can drive with it on, and walk without my knee slipping out of place. It gives enough mobility to walk around comfortably, but not too much to the point I won't hyper extended my leg again. The brace had two kinda rod things on the sides, so it's INSTANT relief as soon as I put it on. Everything seems to be in the right place. It is difficult to put on when you can't bend your knee fully, I usually need help. But other than that, no complaints! I'm really grateful I can across this brace.
