My dermatologist recommended the Atopalm cream with MLE for daily care, and I chose it from two options. I'm 51, and thanks to proper skincare, my skin remains normal. This cream hydrates wonderfully, causes no irritation, and is perfect for sensitive skin. I use it daily in my routine — after toner and peptides.The convenient 35 ml tube lasts me about 5-6 weeks with daily use, and I reorder when it's finished. Although I sometimes use squalane from The Ordinary for added moisture, this cream works great on its own.My makeup applies beautifully over this cream and doesn’t settle into fine lines, though, of course, this also depends on the other cosmetic products used. The cream fully justifies its price, has no noticeable fragrance, and I'm completely satisfied with the results.The MLE (Multi-Lamellar Emulsion) technology helps retain moisture and restore the skin's protective barrier, which is especially important for sensitive skin. This is a pretty good product. It's not as moisturizing as the MLE cream so it is best used for the day. The tube is really handy for use during travel.

I use this multiple times per day. Love how my skin feels. No sticky feeling at all. Leaves my skin hydrated all day. Small tube, but lasts a long time since a small pea sized drop is more than enough for my face and neck. Highly recommend this product!

The title says it all, I think. I can't stand fragrance in anything on my body. This is an affordable moisturizer that has no odor and is nice and light and soothing on my face. I use it over other products so it acts as a primer for mineral makeup & works well in that role.

This moisturizer got rid of my eyelid eczema flare ups. I've dealt with eczema on and off for at least 3-4 months and this seemed to have stopped it completely. I've tried many other eye creams without any luck. Also, the skin around my eye area is prone to milia development so I had to avoid anything too heavy. I want to note that I also use an additional lotion called vanicream at top of this for just my eye lid.
