Big fan of these knives so far. I have slowly been gifting them to a family member who is focused on upgrading their kitchen knife game, and they have been loving these.

Thought it isn’t a “true” Japanese made knife (made in China), it does work very well. Very sharp and cuts great. Seems to hold a decent edge thus far and very comfortable in my hands and I have larger hands. I also have a Miyabi 5.5” and that handle is too small by comparison so this knife fits my hand well and seems well built. Hopefully the edge holds well but I do sharpen my knives so can manage that when needed but don’t want to more than needed as the finish is gorgeous on the knife.

Purchased this as a gift for an 83-year-old woman. She absolutely loves the weight and how it feels in her hand. She was a bit apprehensive at the size but has decided she now wants another one. The knife keeps a good edge and has not needed to be sharpened after much use.

I already have the Aisyoko chef knife and wanted the pairing knife to go with it. Better than anticipated. Beautiful knife. Razor sharp. Feels wonderful to hold. Cuts like a dream. I love this company and will definitely buy more knives from them!!

It came with a sharpy thingy for the knife. But I bought my own sharpy thingy. So far in a first glance the build quality looks 10/10 I love how they packaged the whole thing in a very esthetic way. I will keep you guys updated.
