Q: will this carry a 1 qt/ 32 OZ nelgeen bottle?

I do not know for sure. This cover will hold a standard US Army issue 1qt canteen which is appx 8" high with the cap x 3" deep x 4" wide. I do not know if it will hold your bottle. compare the measurements of your bottle to those of the canteen to see if it will fit. The strap on the flap is adjustable.

Q: Does this fit a 1L titanium canteen and cup kit?

Yes, I have fit the Heavy Cover 1L canteen, cup, and lid. Lid goes right at the bottom. You need to pull the pouch edges over the edges of the cup when putting the cup back in, but it's a nice fit otherwise.

Q: I need to carry a canteen on my 2 inch Condor belt. Does this pouch/cover haveat least 2" loops to fit the belt?

Yes. They have 2 molle loops/closures. The real question is why you make your condor wear a belt. Let it fly free like the majestic bird of prey that is it.

Q: Will a stainless steel canteen cup fit in it?

I don't have a cup to try it, but I think it's roomy enough to work.
