She keeps them on. They fit well. I also bought 2 - 40 count sets of pinwheel bows with alligator clips. I will clip them to each side of the bow when I want to dress up the flower a bit more. Now that she is 6 months old, when she is wearing the flower with the bows on the sides, she will yank the band down over her eyes. Alone though, it is lighter weight and she leaves it alone. I take it off when she naps but keep her with a flower most of the day.The only things I did notice, one flower had a petal that needed a piece to be clipped off. A few of the bows didn't have enough glue on the sides so the flowers were too high up and it looked a bit too high up. I added a little glue to stretch out the flower. I have thought to add a circular felt disc the way mire expensive bands have but haven't done it. I'd still buy them again and am really glad we did. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I love it. Won't irritate baby's head. These headbands brought me so much excitement and happiness at the thought of my twins wearing them. It is exactly what I imagined from the pictures. The best part is the elastic that the band is made of. I had a similar one for my older daughter. This elastic is so soft. I doesn't irritate the baby's head and they wear it without fussing. I can't wait to put them on my babies. Not to mention I love the color variety. There are the normal subtle baby colors and the vibrant ones for when they get bigger. I love it.
