I find this sleeve both effective and comfortable, honoring all the claims the seller makes for it.History: My knee issue started with a popliteal cyst behind the left knee but when I went to an orthopedist several years ago to have it drained, he took X-rays & told me I had lost half the meniscus in both knees & had arthritis which is why I walked bowlegged. Surprised me since I wasn't in the habit of watching myself walk. He didn't drain the cyst since they tend to just come back. Instead, I am able to function pretty well most of the time with supplements (glucosamine/chondroitin, collagen 2 joint complex & turmeric) & an occasional series of hyaluronic acid injections. I increasingly use sleeves when pain escalates or when I know I'll be engaged in a more than usually strenuous activity.Sizing: I'm 5'4", 105-107 pounds, and leg measurement placed me as a medium in the sizing chart….which fits well.This works so much better than the more standard elastic compression sleeves I have used in recent years. Let me count the ways: 1. The gel circle in the knee front makes kneeling possible, even comfortable 2. Getting the sleeve properly centered became easy when I realized that the top of the side stablizer is formed in a loop inside the fabric. Grasp the top of the sleeve with thumbs in center of loops and fingers on the outside and the sleeve aligns and pulls on easily. 3. It really does retain a gentle warmth that seemed to be helpful, especially during cold weather. And yes, the fabric is soft to the touch without sliding down. 4. On days when I need to be sitting at my desk, these sleeves do not cut off circulation to my lower leg & cause swelling which the simpler elastic sleeves often do. 5. I have both hand washed and machine washed with no issue. As with all things elastic, I do not put them in the dryer.

2nd pair. Easy to get on and off. Offer good support. Comfortable.

I have had a declining right knee for a number of years as a result of a multiple compound fracture in an automobile accident. I had been using some the classic elastic only supports for many years. This brace has made a huge difference in my comfort and endurance in walking and playing golf. I 've only had it a few months so I'll update this in 6 months.

I’ve had these knee braces now for at least a month, and worn them every day during that period and I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that these braces have given my knees support that I desperately needed. I have severe bursitis in my left knee and it was causing severe pain & weakness. These braces gave me the added stability that I needed for my healing & rehab, so I would definitely recommend them to anybody with bursitis, post surgery or any type of weakness in the knees. These braces are an excellent purchase. They’re well constructed for the amount of wear and tear they’ll be dealing with while giving you the support you need to go about your day. Enjoy!

Fits larger than measuring guide. I measured exactly as it had stated and it fits too loosely to provide good support. Otherwise looks and feels like it would have been an excellent support.

I would like a new pair of these!! Not sure if these were defective or not. Not very pleased with the durability of this product! The inserts are falling apart and the gel pads will no longer stay in place. Very dissatisfied with this part of the knee sleeves. Other then that they are holding up well.
