The product is great but the packaging could be better.
DAMAGE:I got this palette a month ago and the reviews all said the product came damaged. I brushed those reviews off as bad delivery experience.I've never had an issue with Amazon delivery, they do their job well handling the package carefully.But with this product, the eyeshadow came in the same box of some of the other stuff I had ordered. No extra packaging, just some bubblewrap which wasn't even secured around the eyeshadow.All of that resulted in the black eyeshadow breaking and stick to all the other eyeshadows as well as spread everywhere in the box and stick to the other products I got.It wasn't as bad as I'd seen in other reviews, so I just thought I'd try and clean the eyeshadow and see how it works out?Well it was great! It was easy to clean from on top of the other shades by dusting and a swipe of a cotton pad. And even though the black shade doesn't look all that great, it's still usable! But the pigment isn't that smoothly picked as the rest.PRODUCT:The formula of this eyeshadow is great. I love how soft and smooth the texture is and the pigment is also very good.This particular eyeshadow is more suitable for light-medium skin tones as other than the dark brown and black, the rest of the colors are somewhat mute. I've used it every time I wear makeup since I bought it. You can make pretty soft everyday look as well as pull a smokey eye look with this a lil thing.

Pretty neutral pallette
The colours are pretty decently pigmented. Bite sized pallette. Though the biege colour doesn't show up much. All the others are good.
