Still can’t get the pen out of the hole at bttm of case far enough to actually grab it

I can not get the pen out either without using a knife or small padlock key - have never actually used the pen as a consequence. Makes me wonder how much space they could have saved for MicroSD support instead of a useless pen. But the case is still good.
