Dude. Pereg gets it right every time. I no longer have to interrogate my Moroccan and Syrian grandmas for their spice mix recipes. I have bought every single one of pereg's israeli/sepharadi spice mixes and I love them all! Do yourself a favor and stop agonizing over "how much clove and how much cumin was in this spice rub or was it the other one??" Trust me. I’m very happy with this spice blend. The aroma is wonderful when you open the jar, and the flavor is rich and warm. I used it on chicken and roasted vegetables and it gave the dish a really nice Moroccan-style taste. The seasoning is well balanced – flavorful but not too spicy. A little goes a long way, so the jar lasts quite a while. If you enjoy cooking or want to try something different from everyday spices, this blend is a great choice. I will definitely order it again.
