I love how these work. They aren't thick to absorb much but they work wonders as a flood gate top layer. By themselves they can hold a full load and more. I used these with a microfiber second pad underneath and they together are my best solution. Small size is perfect for any size adult but the bigger offerings are a nice touch.

They should have been cut with curves where legs go. To wide for diaper

if u have a small bladder then these would probably work well for U . Me, not so much. I have a huge bladder and have to put 2 in liner panty and it is like putting a car there. Very uncomfortable. It is nice that they r washable. Disposables can get expensive. Although I do perfer to use those.
