BodumPavina Set of 2 Glass Mugs, 12oz, 0.35L, Off White

I love these Bodum glasses. I bought six and use them everyday for coffee. They look great too! Very happy with my purchase. Delivered all the way to Australia and not one broken! Excellent service from Amazon.

Like our other Pavina glasses, the glass is high-quality borosilicate - you can pour in hot drinks and won't crack. Unlike our other, double-walled Pavina glasses, these do get hot or cold to the touch, depending on what kind of drink you're having and they do not keep your drink stay hot or cold longer. The silicone grip helps with holding the glass and adds a touch of color. Based on my experience with similar silicone grips I also expect it to detach itself after a while, maybe a year or two, or longer if you're not using the glass every day like we do but when that happens you are still left with a plain-looking glass made of a quality material.These are acceptable glasses and I expect to use them daily for with my morning tea drink and occasionally for some evening 'on the rocks' drink. Good value when Amazon has them at a special price.

We already own a couple of Bodum glasses with silicone grips and they are larger and not see through. I would have preferred those but they are no longer available. These wash nicely and they are great for juice, tea and wine!

Drink

We bought these in red to go with our kitchen. While they're attractive and generally speaking we are fans of Bodum, these glasses are a disappointment. The claim is that the silicone grip protects your hands from the heat of a hot drink. This is simply not true. The glasses are very hard to hold when filled with a piping hot beverage. It is for this reason that I give them a negative rating.

Very happy with purchase although these were smaller than the ones I had before, but happy they arrived.

These glasses have a great silicone grip, which gives the glass a very modern look. I like these so much I bought them in 2 other colors also. I would've given them 5 stars, but I thought they were a little pricey.
