I bought one first to try it, but now I'm buying another. I have an art studio with other white storage furniture, and had just enough depth for this on the wall behind my door. I originally planned to put up floating shelves for art supplies, but they practically cost this much per shelf plus are a lot more work. I just needed something to store books, office and art supplies. When it comes it's shocking that it's going to feel sturdy. The pieces are thin, the end panels are in half. But it goes together easily and is sturdy and the white finish was flawless. Even the stickers came off easily. The only thing not great is that they made no attempt to hide the screws on the outside, so you get plastic dots to stick over them. For something decent and functional, that doesn't feel like it's going to chip and scratch easily, it's a good piece.

Overall very sturdy. Very easy to follow instructions. I did attach it to the wall as instructed. The shelves seem to be pretty strong. Just the right size for me and looks great.

The positives are that this bookshelf is a great value for the money. It looks good and took less than an hour to assemble. It is very sturdy. Know that it does not come with a screwdriver to assemble it so you will have to provide that yourself. I used an electric drill driver and assembly went smooth and quick. The cons are that it does look cheap in places. The stickers to cover the nail holes are apparent if you look closely. Also the 2 long sides are in 2 parts which can make it less sturdy. My biggest complaint about the bookshelf is that textbooks don't fit on the shelfs and the shelfs can be repositioned to different heights as they are nailed at pre-determined intervals. This makes the bookshelf studier but doesn't allow you to account for different sized books. All in all I think it is a good buy and will be buying a few more now that I seen it is sturdy.

So cute I love it. Took my husband 15 minutes to assemble. Highly recommend.

Bought six and I love it.

I am giving this 5 stars because "it is what it is" meaning you get what you pay for. That said, I will say that it was reasonably easy to put together. I did glue my dowels into the shelves before putting it together to help with shifting over time. This shelf was for my craft room, so I additionally bolted it onto a 24" x 18" wheeled solid surface flat dolly. The part that remains to be seen if it will hold up over time is that you put the thing together in two sections. A bottom section and an upper section, and then the two sections are attached with 2 dowels and 2 lock bolts on each side. I am leary of that.... I was not expecting that but I guess it saves on shipping cost and materials. It is also quite thin and has no raised base so it will always have a stability issue. They DO give you a wall bracket, and if you get this for yourself and plan to use it in a normal living situation. USE the wall bracket. This shelf will not be safe without it.

This bookshelf is exactly what I was looking for. It is sturdy and can hold lots of books. It is small enough to fit in a small space if needed.

Over all this is not bad for the cost. The finish is nice but the shelves are a bit slender so I’m not sure how much weight they will handle before they sag. We decided not to load it too heavily with lots of heavy books. There is no kick under the unit so the bottom shelf sits right on the ground. I built a kick out of some leftover trim to lift the unit and have it sit flush to the wall. It turned out to be a very nice addition to our living room for the price.

Good quality, delivered by owner. They have good arrangement and service. Recommend.
