They WORK!
I was iffy about them. Lately I'm starting my period towards the evening, so I put these on at night only, then shower in the morning. I fill the panties up! All the way from the front to the back, and no stains on my sheets! Reason why I only wear them at night is that they russell when you walk lol. Almost like a pamper. But I don't care, they feel like normal undies. I'm a plus plus plus size girl with a big bottom, and these fit great. I forgot what size I got but I went with the biggest size. Try them!

Reliable and comfortable period back-up
I was interested in Thinx underwear, because I have an issue with leaking out the back of even really long overnight pads at night. It can be quite stress inducing if I'm staying at a friend's place or a hotel. So I figured these were worth trying because they're a similar idea to Thinx and way cheaper. These work great for that purpose. The lining in the back goes all the way to the waistband, and pretty far up in the front. They don't absorb much, they more just provide a leak-proof barrier. So I usually wear them with a menstrual cup. At night I wear them with a menstrual cup and a reusable menstrual pad (I have a super heavy flow) and they've saved me from getting blood on my sheets several times in the past few months. They are very high-waisted, ending about an inch and a half below my belly button which may annoy some people. However, I love how secure it makes me feel. If you listen super closely, they do make a slightly swishy sound when you walk, but not enough to be noticeable to anyone else. They also feel good quality, but I haven't had them long enough to tell how well they will hold up over time.I'm tall, with thin legs, average hips and stomach and a slightly above average rear. I usually wear a size 12 in pants and a size large in underwear, and the US size large in these fits perfectly. My only caution would be that if you have thicker legs or wide hips, the leg openings might be a bit tight. However, since that's not my body-type, I can't say for sure.Overall, great back-up to another form of period protection.

Very pretty
I am still not brave enough to wear them out because they are so thin, but so far at home with sneezes and coughs no leaks. Like every other brand the leg band is tight and digs. The wetness does pull away but it takes time. The lining having plastic seems to be helpful. I would love for them to be boy shorts and high waisted for more comfort. I have a belly and these do roll down a bit.

The blood washed right out!
I'm finally writing a review today because I got to see how amazing they were last night. I wear a menstrual cup to bed and wanted something to catch overflow/leakage. I have light colored bedsheets and hate bleeding on the bed.Description of the underwear:They are very much like swim underwear. I don't think they are super breathable and they are very slick. When I workout in them and sweat a bunch they are still sweaty hours later. They don't dry quickly in the butt area for sweat. I got the black color. You can clearly see the areas for bleeding as it is a light grey material. They are slick on the inside and outside. Sometimes pads have a hard time sticking. Pads with wings work much better. They aren't bulky. I can only tell the obvious difference from my regular underwear based on where they hit me. They come up to and just above my belly button. I definitely feel like they have the granny panty look with a generous amount of fabric around the butt. How they worked:I have leaked/overflowed around pads and menstrual cups in the past. They have held up their end of the deal. Even when they get stained, my light colored pants and bedsheets remain completely blood free. I've not had any blood leak through these underwear. All my blood has been contained to the designated, grey bleeding area. I don't know if there would be leakage if I bleed on the regular black fabric but assume there would be.How they cleaned:I overflowed/leaked a lot and the panties were covered in blood. I did immediately wash them. I first used hydrogen peroxide and then sprayed with Shout. I washed on a regular cold water cycle with some other underwear I accidentally bleed on. The other underwear got the same pretreatment. These Yoyi Period Panties are completely clean. They look like new. The blood is entirely gone. My regular underwear is still stained and it was a fraction of the amount of blood as the period panties experienced. In the past, I've had small leakage on them not completely covering the underwear in blood. When I waited to wash them with the regular wash and washed all three at the same time. They were sometimes pretreated and sometimes not. At all times the blood came out. It's like a miracle. None of these underwear are stained despite multiple blood stains, sometimes sitting for several days.I 100% would recommend these. I've bought more and convinced my friend to buy some too. They wash out great and contain the blood. They aren't like regular underwear. People with sensitive skin beware. They do feel different. If you wear tight clothing they may be noticeable.

Blocks moisture but also holds in heat
I have hyperhidrosis and got these to try and see about preventing sweat spots on my clothing, and while they may well work for that, I am not able to wear them long enough to do a proper test due to overall discomfort. The moisture blocking portion does seem to work alright as in spite of the sweat, the outside of the panties are, in fact, still dry so far. But they got VERY warm, so it's actually causing me to sweat even worse than normal, and I worry the moisture they are holding in will ultimately lead to other problems. I may try again when the weather is cooler. If you're using it for period leaks and minor incontinence, however, that's probably going to be fine.I would also suggest going a size down from what the size guide seems to indicate. The waist fits me alright but the fabric bunches at the bottom, and I am not exactly lacking in the posterior department (in fact I usually have the opposite problem). The outer fabric, in my opinion, is also much more comfortable than the lining, and the inner moisture blocking layer is a bit stiff even after washing (and it does make a fair amount of noise when you move) which I'm not sure I can get used to.Other than that these seem to be well made. I just don't think these are for me. I may have to seek out an actual absorbent set to see if they're a bit more comfortable for long-term wear than these, which appear to be mostly for blocking stains.

They are well made and comfortable.
I like that the material is silky so your clothes slip on easily.
