I am taking 1 tablespoons with warm milk daily and I got to notice an increase from 485 ml a day to 625 ml a day in 7 days. My lactation consultant advised this galatagogue. But when you stop taking it , do it gradually in few days and not suddenly, else it will imbalance the hormones and drop milk supply. I really suggest lactating mothers to take this if not t allergic to it. Please read who should not take it, I guess diabetics people shouldn’t take it.
