Great quality and pretty for the price point. Just a bit too short.
I'll start by saying that I love this brand and im building up a collection of these pieces due the quality and the affordability. As usual these necklaces are adorable and I really enjoy a delicate jewelry design. The padlock design is on trend and the white gold is a lovely, shiny color. Only giving 4 stars because I wish the chains were longer. As a side, I have worn in the shower accidentally and has not tarnished.

Cute but twist and tangle while wearing
Any layered necklaces that are connected like this twist and tangle while I wear them and this one is no exception. I don’t understand why these do this on me. So annoying. Otherwise the necklace is cute.

Smaller than it appears in photograph
I was surprised to see how really small and dainty this tiny gold-plated heart is. May wear it with my gold cross pendant or attach it to my bracelet to wear as a kind of charm. Would be good to wear as a necklace for my pajamas.

Cheap quality
I paid extra for delivery charges bcz I thought the quality will be superior but honestly it isbwuite disappointing. It looks cheap

A lot smaller than expected
It’s very cute, and the packaging is lovely. Would make a lovely gift. However the heart is considerably smaller than in the photo. Would say about a third of the size. I’m going to be layering with another necklace so not that much of a problem.
