I described what it was doing, and they said "We have seen that one other time, we'll send you a replacement, no problem" So as long as the new one doesn't have the same issue, I'm sure I will love the product.Overall like how the grease gun works. But I noticed how we have it mounted the rear push rod/lever doesn't stay in place and settles down to the floor within minites. It has also already started to leak grease around the bottom. This is kinda a deal breaker for us, we don't want grease all over our cab, that is the reason we replaced the old grease gun.
