Hubble Connected Nursery Pal Cloud Baby Monitor with Camera, 5-Inch Screen, Night Light, Night Vision, Room Temperature Sensor and Smartphone App

The Hubble baby monitor works great, everything easy to get out of the box. Quick start info was spot on. Came with uk plugs, It’s 3rd child for us, so pro’s with baby tech - it was easy to mount the camera above changer unit / cot bed then get setup.Both mum, dad and the grand parents love using this one more than previous monitors. We love how easy you can speak / quietly request supplies / help upstairs, rather than having to shout up requests and wake up little ones.For sure, the Hubble touchscreen menus are way better than the clicky button Motorola unit we had last time around. We both like the range of tunes on the music soothing menu, we use them in the middle of the night during nappy changes. The touchscreen is used for pretty much all functions and seems great so far. The camera view can be adjusted, from where we need it set up - day changer unit / night cot bed (different angles) - so easy for both of us to use, no issue on the transmission range or battery life, as when we carry the screen around our 3 story house or carry the screen out into our detached garage. Going to order another one to put in our older kids loft playroom, to keep an eye on their screen time / gaming choices and easily call them down for meals. Good job Hubble

From moment this thing came out the packaging there was issues. Wouldnt load the scan code, wouldnt recognise the finally loaded code to connect during set up, eventually it loaded and seemed good for about an hr..then anytime i zoomed the picture in it froze the camera and only the sound was live, first time it did this without me realising only found out when i physically went to check and our child was sleeping in a completely different position as to what the monitor was still displaying!! So basically fails at its sole purpose to safely monitor and couldve been really dangerous if our little one had gotten into trouble or anything like that id never have known as i thought what i was viewing was live. Temperature gauge on camera is totally off think it picks up heat off actual camera and is always showing 5° warmer than room actually is. White noise sound (big reason we got it) is a bit tinny but not awful however randomly turns itself off, and sometimes when try to turn it on it wont go on so have to turn it off and on again for it to work which usually by this time has woken the baby. Randomly loses signal displaying a crossed out camera icon. The app and all its amazing features that i felt it was advertised to have included..are all great but only if you choose to BUY and subscribe to an upgraded package! Bare minimum features would be a complimentary description of whats actually included. Phone app is about as terrible as the rest constantly says cameras offline when it isnt have to turn that off and on to work aswell, sometimes doesnt even pick up movement when ive been in the room and left again!! Nothing but adverts trying to get more money on phone app and the monitor too. Contacted hubble for help with the freezing screen issue basically told me user error and try setting it up again. Honestly wish i had never bought it, really wanted to like it but its just soo unreliable i never know if what im seeing is live or a frozen screen as the sound stays live. At the time i purchased it i hadnt realised almost all the reviews were mainly free product reviews and maybe if i hadnt had to fork out the price of it i wouldnt have such strong views on these features, but it is an expensive camera compared to many others on the market and i was expecting for the extra money for it to be good or to at least be able to rely on it to monitor a live feed (the picture is clear but hardly any good if frozen). So my honest personal advice is save your money and get something else. We have a dog cam that was under £20 and its honestly 100x better than our babies monitor it always shows online and it has a tonne of features including play back..whereas this camera offers snippets of video playback when it feels like it. I hope this helps at least one person from making the same mistake i did choosing this one.

Absolutely amazing! Wish I’d ordered it sooner. Amazing picture quality and sound. Signal reaches all around the house. Battery life lasts me 2-3 evenings with no charging. App is perfect. Love love love. Fully recommend

In paper, this is a great device and offers all we wanted on one:* A wifi connection so we can use our phones over the internet* A dedicated parent unit* A floor stand (although its quite bulky, when used with the crib right next to a wall, leaves a big gap in between.. we "fixed" this by attaching the stand in a different angle, which is a lot less sturdy, but kinda works I guess)The major flaw with this is that for us, the parent unit is useless. The video signal does drop every now and then as mentioned on other reviews, though our experience with this isn't as bad as it picks up on its own after a second or two.However, the volume of the parent unit is just ridiculously low, to the point that if you set it on a table a few meters from you, you'll only really hear anything if someone is screaming from the top of their lungs from the other side, at which point you can just hear them from the room next door.. This was only a problem with the parent unit, as using it with the app worked just fine, so we ended up using it that way instead, and the parent unit is just sitting on a shelf.We contacted support thinking it could be a faulty unit, and although they respond quick, they make you jump through quite a few hoops asking silly questions like "is the volume up?" or "have you tried turning it on and off again". Past those, they asked us to film a video, which we sent explaining that the person on the other side was making test noises throughout, but you could only hear the ones at the end of the video as they raised their voice to showcase the problem. Their response? "That sounds fine to us, we can hear sound". So they just don't pay attention to feedback apparently.Now don't get me wrong, the camera is fine, and if used with the app, we think this is a great product.. but for us the killer feature was that it had the option to use the app AND the parent unit, which very few others seem to offer and do well. If we're gonna use the app only, there's absolutely no reason to pick this over the Cubo AI or Nanit. We made the mistake of buying this early, so now we can't return this, but I'm putting mine up for sale and getting either one of these instead.TLDR; this offers many features, none of the executed well enough to warrant choosing it over alternatives. Save your money, go with one of the big players or get any crappy old baby monitor, you'll at least get better audio monitoring.

I love this monitor when it's working, but I've had terrible luck with the parent unit. The first parent unit lasted about 6 months before the screen was distorted and unusable. I was unable to get any help from customer support, so ultimately purchased another full set in order to get it working.The second unit was perfect for about 8 months and then the parent unit would not re-charge. After a very painful 6 week email exchange, I was sent another parent unit free of charge. BUT, the problem was that is would never connect to my camera, so it was completely useless.Customer Service is terrible -- ZERO STARS. You can only communicate via email, they don't respond, and it they do it takes multiple follow ups and several days/weeks. I've asked multiple times to see if there was anything I could try to get the unit to connect, but they were of no help.So -- if you get lucky and get it to work it's an incredible unit. But my experience is that it will break and you'll get no money back and no help.

Ho comprato la camera meno di un anno fa ma l'ho usata primo di ultimi mesi solo 3 volte. Negli ultimi 2 mesi abbiamo trovato una babysitter, lei iniziava a lavorare, quindi ho iniziato a usare la camera quando la bimba dorme tutti i giorni dal lunedì al venerdì. E così si è rotta. Nessuna connessione tra camera e tablet. 2 mesi di lavoro al prezzo di 170 euro... decisamente sconsiglio

Ce Babyphone est de qualité c'est indéniable, mais attendre de recevoir le produit pour se rendre compte qu'il ont fourni des prise anglaises au lieu de française ... plus qu'à prévoir d'acheter un adaptateur UK -> EU si jamais vous décidez de vous tourner vers ce babyphone

this arrived broken. It looks like it had been returned by someone else and then shipped to me. I had it sent directly to the baby shower for my niece and was disappointed that it arrive broken.
