I got this before I went on a trip to Bali, I swear it saved me multiple times on the trip. At one point I felt sick after something I ate, was about to throw up or pass out, so I drank it straight from the packet and I swear I was fine within minutes! I will continue to buy it for sure! Very strong flavor but worth it.
