Will this adapter work with a 1875 watt hairdryer?

The hair dryer must support 220v inorder to work with this adapter. Do not use this adapter if your hair dryer is only 120v.

The plug adapter says 250v, can I plug my laptop into it that says 240v?

It is all about the current rating on the adapter (10A - 15A ). if you are use a 1875W dryer (which can be used in range of 100V to 250V) at 120V , the current is around 15A . Check the adapter rating. if you use the dryer at 250V the current is only around 7.5A.  If you have current higher than the adapter rated, you will just burn out or melt the adapter and possibly cause fire.

It says the range is 100v-240v but says it wont work on 110v, is this just certain items?

The previous person answered this very well and I will add to this.
No, the listing does not say 'range is 100V - 240V'.  It says the plugs will 'carry a load'.  Quite different meaning.
The plugs sold in this pack are for one reason.  Your US device has a US plug.  Europe has different wall sockets that your US plug will not fit into.  We are talking about plugging a device into a wall, nothing more.  This purchase serves that purpose.
Now for the voltage part...
USA has 110V AC electricity delivered to all wall sockets.  Europe has 220V delivered to all wall sockets.  If your device handles only 110V current, then it will be fried on 220V current.  So if you use a 110V hair dryer from the US + European plug adapter on a 220V socket, your hair dryer will fry instantly as the current is far greater than it is designed for.
Either get a dual voltage travel hair dryer with a switch that toggles between 110V and 220V or... buy a transformer with a US socket, plug your hair dryer into this transformer, add the Euro plug sold here to the other end, and plug this device into the European wall socket.  Voila!  Now you can use your hair dryer without problems.
