Good product overall!
Good product and price point. Worked as intended and seemed comparable in design and quality to the factory seal. I took one star off because the seal side that seats down on the skylight rim has no adhesive. It fits tight and with the vent cover closed it will be secure but I'm not sure if it will come loose over time without some sort of adhesive that came on the factory seal.

exact replacement for existing gasket
Easy off with the old gasket and easy on with the new one. I just had to trim about 3 inches off the new gasket with some scissors and it was a perfect fit.
