It arrived with a few light scratches/scuffs and small dings on the metal legs (hence the 4 stars instead of 5), but not enough to return it and most people wouldn't even notice. Seems quite sturdy -- no wobbling -- and I like the fact that there are five straps instead of the typical four, and they are closer together than many other luggage racks. Also, the straps are riveted to the frame, not stapled like many of the wooden racks, which should make it more durable. Very lightweight and folds very easily for storage. A bit pricey for what it is, but I think it will prove to be worth the extra expense because of the sturdiness. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Sticky clingy mess *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2019* I bought two of these luggage racks for my guest room so that suitcases don’t end up on the bed or dresser. They are very nice looking and fit my decor perfectly, they also seem sturdy yet are light weight. However, all of that is nearly undone by the packaging. The legs were all tightly wound with cling wrap that took 30 minutes for two of us to remove and another 5 minutes to pick up all the tiny bits of it that clung to everything. And then there were all the fingerprints we left on the metal legs while removing the cling wrap that won’t wipe off!They also had a large white sticker on them that wouldn’t come off cleanly and now there is white sticky paper stuck to the metal and the webbing....rather ruins all the good looks.Maybe someday I’ll get some solvent and attempt to get the stickers off...maybe it’ll work on the fingerprints too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Sturdy, Folds Easily, Sylish *by O***T on Reviewed in the United States on April 9, 2020* My only downfall with this product is the caps on the legs did'nt stay on well and now one disappeared.
