Highly recommend! I’m 5’6 and 118 pounds
I just ran the 2018 Boston marathon. I told myself during the race that I would come back and write a review about this windbreaker. It was 37 Ferg reds, pouring rain with 25 mph headwinds. I give major credit to this jacket to blocking the wind and keeping my core warm as possible. My layers underneath got soaking wet, but that was hard to avoid. Highly recommend! I’m 5’6 and 118 pounds. I ordered a medium bc I read in some of the reviews it runs small. I could have used the small, but it wasn’t too bad. 😁

small, but waterproof and attractive!
Usually, a Women's Small is large on me- but this one fits snugly over a thin cardigan, and comes down barely to hip level. But everything else about the jacket is great: it's lightweight, wind resistant, folds up to pocket-size, has small outer zip pockets with bigger open-top ones on the inside, the fabric has an attractive shading to it, and it passed my "water test"- I held the back of it over the sink, ran water into it, and then held it, full of water, for several minutes: when I dumped the water and checked the inside, it was still completely dry!

Perfect thin lightweight smashable into any bag.
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this windbreaker. I wear it all the time. I wore it to Peru. Perfect! Wore it in France. Perfect. It’s very light. Smashes well into any bags. The material is very light. Deff not waterproof but does protects against some drizzle and misty weather. It’s still with me and I think I might get another one.

Light weight & plenty room to layer under
I bought this for my hike up Mt. Fuji to help with the uncertain weather conditions during my trek up the mountain, however, my trip won’t be for another month. In the mean time, I have used it for oridinary hikes around a subtropical island south of Japan, and it’s very breathable. Though hot, the loose fit was helpful and made it easier to layer under due to uncertain weather conditions on this island. Great fit, VERY LIGHT WEIGHT (which is a plus), and easy to pack for any trip planned or last minute.EDIT: It’s been almost one month after my climb to the top of Mt. Fuji, and this windbreaker it was still very light and easy to layer under as I got closer to the summit. It protected me for the most part as the winds got stronger, however, with multiple layers and unforeseen weather conditions, it did not completely protect me from the heavy winds combined with fog/clouds as I reached the summit. I was freezing and I was not completely protected from the wind at that point until I began making my way back down and away from the harsh weather at the top of the mountain. Overall, I would say this is still a good lightweight windproof jacket for anyone who plans on hiking in moderate weather conditions. This will not protect you in severe conditions, as mentioned above. It’s easy to pack, and doesn’t take up much room when you’re on the go. I still recommend it and plan on using it for moderate conditions when hiking.

Looks great!
Despite the screen name I'm actually a woman! I haven't actually needed to wear the jacket yet but I'm really pleased with how it looks. Originally I bought the medium, and it was a tad small in the shoulders so I returned it with no difficulty and got the large. I'm 5'7" and weigh 130 pounds. I love the way it squishes into its little carrying pouch and weighs so little.

Pleasantly surprised
Pleasantly surprised! I did not like it when i first opened it- it feels like a plastic bag. But i still took it on a Banff camping trip and it exceeded my expectations! The material is soft and it really did block out the wind. We got stuck in multiple surprise downpours and it kept me warm, dry and comfortable as well as the jacket itself dried quickly when the rain stopped. It did a great job at keeping me warm in the chilly mornings. I would wear just a t-shirt and the jacket and it was very comfortable, considering i am normally always cold. Packs up really really small so that was a big plus! Extremely light and rolls up into practically nothing- great for traveling, backpacking, and cute enough for daily wear. I like that the waist and the hood were able to be made tighter to keep the wind out. Pockets were flimsy but hey what can you expect from a packable jacket? The pockets were big and convenient. Really liked the white color too.

Nice jacket
Great jacket for the price. Bought it for an early morning bike ride (temp was around 55° or 60° I think). It kept me warm until the temp rose then I was too warm. Fits into a little pouch; it took me a couple of tries to get it back in there. It's comfy. Mine is a little bigger than I like, but there wasn't an option for x-small (I'm 5'1" and weigh 108). But I will be able to use it when camping, etc and can put a sweater or sweatshirt under it so that will be nice. Love the color. Im glad I bought it!

Great as a windbreaker for running w/o overheating
It is the perfect material that I was looking for. I wanted a running windbreaker. It is a thin material, not waterproof, more wind proof with a very slight water repellency. It allows you to stay cool enough, yet it protects you from the wind while running. I believe it runs large, it is definitely not form fitting. I am 150lb, 5’7”, with a very athletic build. I wear a medium in shirts, and a size 4 or 6 in pants. I ordered the medium and it was a bit baggy, but that is good for layering. I am quite happy with it. If I had ordered a small it would have fit, but the sleeves would have been too short.
