Do I need sealer on countertop before paint?

No. I used sealer after the paint. I'm really happy with this product. Put CHARCOAL on top of turquoise colored laminate countertops, and it covered very well. A cheap sponge brush worked better in the corners vs a brush with bristles

How much does this cover?

I did 3 coats on a 6ft bathroom counter and it looks like I haven't used any. Hope that helps!

Will this product work on cement/concrete? Want to pai t my front stoop.
