THE MOST HANDY AND USEFUL ITEM FOR SOMEONE WEARING AN OSTOMY BAG
Wow! I am so happy to have this clothing item for my ostomy bag. It allows me to swim regularly with my bag totally secure. It dries quickly!! I also wear this belt under daily street clothes as well for support and security! I will shortly purchase another one so one can be in the laundry while I wear the other one. I highly recommend this soft and well made and easy fit clothing item for anyone wearing an ostomy bag!!!

Nice belt for beach or pool
This is an excellent belt for beach and pool. I feel very secure wearing it with my ileostomy. It isn’t pulled away by currents. Wearing it I swim without a shirt and then wear a loose shirt when lounging. A bit pricey but others I’ve tried haven’t functioned as well. Compared to seasonal pool or vacation expenses it’s small potatoes.

Not quite compatible with all pouches
I use a Hollister 2 piece urostomy drain pouch. Top to bottom the pouch measures 10". Empty, the pouch hangs approximately 1.5" below the bottom of the belt. I can fold the pouch and tuck it in to the belt to make it fit. This creates a big bulge as the pouch fills. Empty the belt fits well and is comfortable. As the pouch fills, not so much. For the price, I had higher expectations.

Well made and has prevented a few leaks
We needed the XL for my husband’s loop colostomy. We paid $70 and the when it came we were told we had to pay an extra $50 tariff because it came from Spain. No one warned us and we should have been allowed to choice in advance!

Placement of Velcro strips
I really didn’t like that the product had the Velcro in the back. For someone with mobility issues it would be hard to align the pieces. I don’t have mobility issues & it was hard for me. Also I have a urostomy so with the zipper in the back it would make it hard to remove when full to empty. For the other types of ostomies it may not be a problem The only good thing I liked was the fabric it was made of. Very soft material

El mejor cinturón para las personas ostomizadas
Ajusta perfecto, guarda la bolsa de ostomía y la asegura muy bien, ejerce una presión suave pero firme sin apretar, sin enredarse, la tela es muy suave y se seca rápidamente, así se puede lavar en la noche y al día siguiente está lista para volverla a usar. No ha perdido la forma, la elasticidad ni la presión después de un tiempo. Definitivamente es bueno tener unos dos o tres para poderlos intercambiar mientras se lava uno, se utilizan los otros. Lo recomiendo muchísimo!
