Airofit is a world class and a proven product which is being used by world's leading athletes and other users for wellness purposes in very large numbers. Xplore is exclusive business partner of Airofit in India.

Airofit carries a one year warranty for any manufacturing defects. This is standard world over.

Battery in the unit is built into eUnit which is not a replaceable part. This eUnit when any complaint at all is raised, we replace the eUnit. 
Whole of Airofit does not need replacement.

One charge of the eUnit can last upto 15-20 days, and normally this is a very stable product if used as per instructions in user manual.

When any problem is highlighted in the unit by a customer, our customer service teams initiates a ticket and resolves the issue promptly. The worst case scenario is like mentioned above replacement of eUnit within the warranty period.

When one raises a complaint, we ship eUnit and have the old eUnit picked up from customer's place.

We have an firm agreement of 5 years signed off with Airofit for Indian market, and we are a responsible company who takes our business seriously. We deal in many other medical devices as well, where we understand the continuity of the service to a customer, so please be rest assured, we are bound to service you when you buy product from us at Xplore.
