the volume is so low that u need to puncture your ears with headphones and probably let them bleed in order to hear something. Alarm works only if the earphones are connected and you can hear alarm sound only thru earphones. if you are awake and plugging earphones why would you need alarm. they expect me to sleep all night with headphones so i could hear their alarm by morning when it rings? never saw such pathetic product and it no way looks like the display picture. its cheap plastic and looks cheap.

This item came out fully charged and working out of the box and it was so easy to setup. It scanned radio stations even without the ear phones plugged in. I connected my Bluetooth headsets without a hitch and started listening to the sample audio files installed and my favorite radio station. The sound is excellent! I personally don't like touch screen nor touch sensitive buttons but the screen buttons had the right sensitivity and response. I keep on forgetting that the device does not have a touch screen so I had to learn to keep my fingers on the controls to move around menus. I dumped 4.21 Gb of music in folders via USB and they played without a problem. I still have less than 30Gb of on-board space to play with and I have not even touched the expansion slot. I am very satisfied with this purchase so far and am testing the battery life. Now my phone can do other things while biking. Cheers!

I bought this for my son who takes it with him everywhere. He loves his music and has said the music quality is superb. He loves that he can connect it to his Bluetooth headphones .This is a great 32GB MP3 player for those who wish to not have their music on a phone. It also has great FM Radio functionality which I believe will be great to use when we go to the Drive-in Movies again in the spring. I feel this is an excellent player compared to others in this same price range.It was very easy to move music from our hard drive to this device via their sync cable. He does not use this for videos or eBooks although I am sure if he was an avid eBook reader he would like the ease of ability to take them with him. He loves the sleep timer function as he listens to it when he goes to bed as well without running the battery down with it running all night.He has not yet found the record feature but once he does I am sure he will love this as well to play practical jokes on his sister. He loves the movie Home Alone and I am sure this will become an issue at some point. But it is a great device for anyone who wants the portability to take their music with them anywhere without risking damage to their phone or they do not have a phone.The company has been very helpful and always been very quick to respond to questions or concerns.
