Has a Windows 11 driver been released for this, or is it just not ever going to support 11?

Our usb3.2 expansion card supports the Win 11 operating system of most motherboards, especially ASUS motherboards. Of course, there is incompatibility with the Win 11 system of a small number of motherboards. If there is incompatibility, please inform us, and we will help you upgrade and solve it at the first time. Thank you

can i use USB C headphones?

usb c pcie expansion card can be used for USB C headphones

Theoretically, this usb3.2 pcie card when each USB port is used alone, it can reach 10g, but when multiple ports are used at the same time, the bottom port is 10g, and the other three ports share 10g bandwidth. Of course, the specific speed is also related to computers and SSD

Will this work with a dell xps 8940. i cannot find any documentation on dell's website regarding the single pci-e slot that's available?

You are able to use this with a PCIe x4 to 16 slot and I believe that the xps 8940 has an open pcie x4 slot.
