Rough and poorly fit to mask.
I really wanted to like these. The Dreamwear small full face mask has been my chosen CPAP mask since it came on the market. These covers look nice, but they don't fit as well as they should. The openings in the cover do not align easily with the various openings or tubings connected to the mask. Once I was able to get the headframe reconnected to the mask, I tried it on...and found the cloth covered one of my nostrils, limiting my inhalation. The opening over the mouth section was so tight it completely covered up my mouth. The only way I could have enough space for my mouth to be freed was to cut the fabric another 1.5 inches. At this point, I have the cover on the mask, the mask is on my face and no air leaks. But the fabric is very rough on my face, not something I want rubbing against my skin for the next 7-8 hours. And my skin is pretty tolerant of things. This fabric just isn't comfortable. I'm sorry I wasted my money on them. Maybe if I used a size M for my small mask, they might fit better, but I shouldn't have to make that adjustment. They should be appropriately sized for the mask they claim to be designed for.

Beware of size!
I ordered a size MEDIUM to fit my Dreamwear mask which is also size medium. When I received the order I noticed it was labeled size MEDIUM WIDE. Instead of returning for the correct size I decided to try the anyway although I anticipated a loose fit. Wrong! It was a struggle to get the liner on the mask because if anything it seemed too small to properly fit. Sure enough, the fabric of the liner is stretched so tightly across the nasal openings of the mask that it prevents the mask from properly sealing. I've tried for several nights to adjust straps but it is impossible to stop the air leaks because the liner actually prevents the mask from fitting properly. I am considering whether to try these filters again in a size LARGE hoping they fit my size medium mask better, or to try another brand. UPDATE: I ordered another set of liners, this time the universal fit in size LARGE. Works great!

Cover does NOT fit well. Workable, but barely
For something that is suppose to be made to fit this exact mask they do a very poor job. Large sections of the silicone surface is t covered at all. The slits for the hose attachments are poorly placed and get stretched a lot in order to fit. I’m very sad because this was my last option after breaking out in a rash from my mask. Nothing else worked (including replacing it completely). I’m going to ignore the mail fiasco because that was the postal services problem, not this company, but I will say waiting over a month for them didn’t make me any happier about their poor fit.

Really wanted to like there.
I really wanted to like these and have them work for me. I've been getting my nose and upper lip irritated by my Dreamwear full face mask, and was hoping that having something between my skin and the mask would help. I can't give these anything other than a 1 overall. First, they were nearly impossible to get on the mask. I wear a large mask, and ordered the large covers, but even though they had the L on them, I swear they were for a medium. Second, the holes weren't cut in the right places. The cloth covered the exhaust ports, and made for some LOUD breathing (think Darth Vader). And they made my mask leak, even though I tightened the straps. The material wasn't soft and actually irritated the irritation. Thank goodness I could return then

Works just fine
I am extremely glad I found these. I’ve searched for months for a solution to the burn the mask and tubing gave me. Not just imprints or rash - a burn. I even attempted crafting my own barrier from some cloth. Is the fit perfect? No. But it works. The key, for me, is to pull the outer parts after putting the mask on so that it’s not bunched up inside. This allows me to line the nose and mouth openings up and who cares about the rest? The side holes could be better, but the placement is OK for the tubing. Not sure if the straps should snap in through these same holes or by the elastic so I put them through the holes and it hasn’t been a problem, just awkward and delays putting the mask on by 2-3 seconds vs having perfectly aligned openings. I can now wear my mask, sleep well, and not have a burn around my mouth that looks as if I just escaped from being waterboarded with acid. I’ve also washed mine with no problem by placing in a mesh laundry bag and throwing in with other clothes or towels.

Needs slight redesign!
These are truly great liners. NO MORE LEAKS! Very comfortable and easy to clean. But, I use the Dreamwear full face mask cushion. This liner is very easy to put on the mask. Not so easy to then put the mask on the face. What happens is that the liner covers the holes in the mask where the head frame tubing are supposed to hook into. Doesn't seem like such a problem to simply pull the liner sides over to expose the attachment hole. BUT IT IS, when the entire contraption in on your head and face, trying to navigate your fingers to do this (a third hand would help) and not get in the way of attaching the frame tube, when you can't see what your doing and it's repeatedly hit and miss, and miss, and omg just get on there! Trying this in the dark or light, with or without mirror, makes no difference. It is truly an exercise in patience getting them to connect, especially if your tired and all you want to do is get the thing on so you can lay down and sleep! So, a bit of redesign to somehow remedy this would be amazingly wonderful. I tried sewing a couple stitches to pull the sides over, but then the liner didn't fit right. Thanks

Not what I expected.
This liner is made with a quality fabric but, the size is not right. The large liner is too tight on a large mask, it squeezes the mask out of shape. Also it's supposed to prevent leakage, it enhances it. I followed the install instructions very carefully and tried several times to adjust the liner and mask to no avail. Personally I would not recommend them.

These are terrible..
These are terrible.. If you do actually buy these, hand wash them 3 times over. They are super fuzzy and will get fuzzy bits in your cpap mask or blown into your eyes which hurts like hell.. I've tried many liners from different sellers on here, both cheap ones and expensive ones, and they are all the same garbage. It's the same fabric used to make socks. You could just buy some socks and cut them down to size and add a breathing hole, to get a DIY version of this product. All liners seem to have the same problem: They are manufactured by people who don't even know what a CPAP is. If I wanted to suck little pieces of shredded fabric into my lungs, I could do that without paying this seller for this junk product. It's unsafe, yet being sold by many sellers as a medical product. These little flimsy things really do just shed fabric no matter what you do. It gets everywhere. Liners are a good idea but I've yet to see it done properly. I really did just start making my own. I'm sick of wasting money on trying to find usable ones.

Great
I purchased the dream cover and it fit my F&P Evora full face mask fine. I had to cut the holes a bit near the from clips but other than that it fit fine. While wearing the air felt cooler and my face didn’t become sweaty and oily overnight so it’s been great. Package comes with four covers.
