This works quickly. I haven't been using any nicotine products for 2 weeks. My glands were constantly swollen, mucus like crazy, bronchials and chest tight, nose inflamed and stuffy. This started working super quick. I am using a tincture as well but even today when I was at work and it was about time to take, I didn't have the tincture. I had this only and it still totally kept my symptoms away. I take it 3 times/day. Morning, afternoon, and shortly before bed.

Works great. I had sinus surgery over two years ago now and so my sinuses are still trying to get back to normal. I have horrible allergies and get sinus infections & double ear infections constantly - they get so bad that I will not show any symptoms until it gets so bad that I am really close to a respiratory infection. I know have to keep sinus meds and all the goods on hand the minute I catch on that I am getting sick. These work really well so far for me. Granted it won't get rid of my sinus infections when they're past the normal procedures and have to go to the doctor, but they do help with some of the pain and if I catch it early then it will get rid of it. I keep a bottle of these in my medicine cabinet. It's a good deal for the price as you get a lot in the bottle and I liked the ingredients! Will continue to purchase and have on hand when I need it! Not for Bronchiectasis: The main goal for this condition is mucus clearing. I’m giving this 3 stars because while it offers a broad spectrum of herbs for lung and sinus health, the formulation has some notable drawbacks for certain users. Targeted Safety Precaution: The herbal profile is very broad, which makes it difficult to pinpoint exactly what is affecting your body. A significant concern for me was the potential for unintended consequences; I have A-Fib and experienced an increase in symptoms while taking this. I suspect one or more ingredients might prolong the QT interval, causing a "bouncy" heart rhythm. While this likely wouldn't be a concern for someone without heart rhythm issues, it's something to watch for. Mucus Clearing effect Questionable: Furthermore, the NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) in this blend converts to Glutathione too quickly to provide the effective mucus-thinning benefits I was looking for. If your goal is targeted relief to clear the lungs, there are better products with more novel delivery systems available. Research liposomal NAC for this. This broad formulation is a decent general supplement, but not the best for specific mucus-cutting needs.

Great Product

I have used this in the past (6years on and off) and LOVE the relief it provides but this new bottle I got this morning smells something awful, like worse than previous bottles I bought (normally smelled a little off like herbally smells, but this bottle smells like someone threw up in it) seal was in tact and doesn’t expire until 2028. So a little disappointed in the smell but I took it anyways, hoping it isn’t a bad batch

Been taking for 6 days now and I noticed that I don't sneezed a lot in a day, I still do but not as much as before,a bit expensive though coz I have to take 3x a day and the content only 45. I don't take antihistamine since I take this. I breathe easier too. Will buy again 01/08/25: Bought again, wishing its cheaper huhuhu🥲 it works but doesn't last long, only for about half a day at most

This is the first year I’ve ever experienced Having so many chronic sinus inflammation problems. I thought I was getting constant sinus infections but it’s just inflammation. I had done rounds of antibiotics, which always seem to clear it up, but within about two months I’d get another one. I finally realized that it wasn’t sinus infections. I Only had inflammation. I never felt sick, Only stuffy and sounded sick when I would talk. Our local supplement store recommended these and honestly they have been a godsend. I haven’t had another sinus flareup since I’ve been taking them. They’re worth a try if you’ve been struggling a lot. I take one in the morning and one at night and feel so much better.
