After nearly four months of trial and error, I'm whole heartedly recommending these fantastic self-watering pots. I'm not getting any prizes, money or benefits for my review, it's only my discovery and honest view over every other I've tried, and these are worth the wait (of there is one) and more importantantly, the price of this product. Try them. Nothing to lose because they have free return. PICTURES...a bit of my display. VARIOUS POT SIZES...10 inch, 7 inch, 5 inch, and 4 inch pots. I've tried many self- watering pots and what I believe is so amazing, besides the great customer service, is that these pots work the best (when using the right soil mixes). They are sturdy (not flimsy) and have plenty of room for root growth. There's plenty of drainage holes, and come with, white gravel or multi-colored small lecca balls, two wicks per pot (I'm using one for my Hoya). The reservoir is clear and deeper (1.25" or 3.175 cm) than other pots. They are top notch, beautiful (I'm using all white), easy to use, and a nice step away from the round. The best and astounding part of the great plant pots is that they have MAGNETS in the base that hold the water reservoir to the pot. Absolutely INGENIOUS.

These have a great, modern feel to them, clean and smooth. As suggested by another reviewer after placing the strings in the pot, I put a piece of plant mesh over them and carefully covered it with the dirt then watered from underneath only, that way you won't have a mess in the clear bottom piece. Some reviews stated that these had really weak magnets that rip out and make it useless but I don't see how that's possible based on how mine are constructed (I guess some may be faulty) My magnets are secured by a very tight rubbery plug and there is ZERO chance they're going to just fall out. The magnets are also really strong, I don't worry about the bottom falling off at all. They work great just smaller than expected

Perfect for beginners who over or under water their plants. Prior to purchasing these I had already killed several types of herbs and various indoor plants, my only success had been with succulents. Alas enter these planters and I am officially an herb extraordinaire. I have successfully grown basil, mint, parsley, oregano and propagated green onion from cuttings from the store. I only watered the top soil when I first planted seeds and now I just add water to the bottom only. My herbs are full and lush. Best investment for those just starting out or who need a low maintenance option.

These work great for my carnivorous plants - flytraps, pitchers, and sundews.

Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these planters..I will be replacing all my planters with these!!!! 10/10!!
