Good item not easy to connect to phones though but with camera it's as easy as can be

Have just put in for a return of this item after one night, got this to replace another monitor that we’ve had for 2+ years. First thing I noticed was the camera was so zoomed in that I had to change the entire set up in my LO’s room to have it at a distance that captured her entire bed, I honestly don’t know how I’d have made it work on a baby’s cot without using an extension cable and sticking it to the roof. In night mode the picture is low quality, and laggy, there is no remote pan and tilt from what I can see, which at time of writing this review is advertised for the product, along with HD streaming on the app, which I’m pretty sure now isn’t a feature on this device even though it is advertised, and a review mentions it. I couldn’t get the pair button on either camera to do anything and I couldn’t find anything on the app for the “view” version. I was really hopeful for this product for something at this price point with good reviews, but unless my unit was faulty I really don’t see how so many people are loving it. I wish I could post pictures to show but for privacy I don’t want my LO’s room online, but I’d highly suggest looking for an unbiased review or something before purchase, becuase for us it really wasn’t fit for purpose and caused more hassle than it needed to.

Purchased for our twin grandchildren. Our daughter is very impressed, more so now that they are in their own room. Excellent.

I love how it tells the room temperate on it and the night time camera is decent quality. The daytime coloured video quality isn’t the best but I can see my baby ok and talk to her through the monitor. The sound is a few seconds delayed

Bought this because of the split screen. Not that many on the market. But other than that it’s not that good really. Firstly, you cannot stream video via the app. I don’t know why they’ve included this on the details. This camera does not support that. Secondly, this is SO zoomed in it’s ridiculously hard to place in the room. So we put it further away, but the picture quality isn’t very good so this means you can’t see clearly. Really disappointed with the picture. Narrow view too which is annoying. (The Spear & Jackson baby monitor has an excellent picture and large screen and is reasonably priced) You can’t seem to control the volume? Makes an annoying buzzing sound as well. Really does need a lot of improving.

Bought this because it could see Two rooms at the same time, on a split screen. A little disappointed with the fact it concentrates with SOUND only on the ‘Master’ room, that you decide is most important, when in split screen. I wanted a monitor that would ‘wake ME up’ with sound, when either of the children woke up at night, Unfortunately, I can only set this to sound on ONE bedroom at a time, although you can SEE both rooms ???!!! Picture quality ok, but honestly had better on other brands . Disappointed to say the least , in my opinion

Horrendous set of cameras, would not waste money on them. The zoom is ridiculous, you won’t find anywhere to put the cameras that fit 1 cot per camera even in a decent sized room. The audio is disgracefully quiet, the video quality is by far the worst thing about it. Very very disappointed and looking for a new set of cameras 1 night into having these ones up.

After giving up on an expensive V-Tech model that would lose Wi-Fi connection and then just died, we settled on this cheaper alternative to work with a google nest. It worked straight out of the box. Audio is great. Camera isn’t wide angle but when placed correctly it’s fine. No Wi-Fi setup, direct connection only means stable and instant feed. Distance wasn’t an issue across the other side of the house. The screen is pretty small but as a companion to a nest camera (that can drop out and in) it’s great. Temperature reading was maybe off by 1 degree but again compared to the expensive V-Tech model it was much better. Defo recommend if you just want something that works.

The price is high for a product like this camera doesn’t rotate , not clear image and narrow range , voice is too low to hear my baby even when having the volume to the max

I have one the same and it's worked seamlessly. But this one doesn't pair at all.
