This is garbage. Mesh came off of holder in a month and too late to return. Buyer beware.

Perfect for straining keifer!

I make medicinal vinegars infused with lemon, oranges, garlic, peppers, spices and much more. I needed a very fine strainer for the sediment that collects at the bottom of the jar. This strainer work very, very well. It is easy to use, and easy to clean. I highly recommend this strainer.

I bought this to strain herbs that I pick from outside for oil infusion. I love how fine the mesh is so that it easily filters out little chunks or hairs from mullein. It’s bigger than I thought it was going to be but that just makes it more useful.

The mesh separated from the frame after just a few months of use. It's nylon so I expected it to be sturdy.Nowhere in the description does it say that it's a 3-part strainer: the mesh, a flat ring with a handle, and a flat ring that locks the mesh into place - which came apart while to straining milk.It's useless. I could find a use for a piece of round mesh with an unfinished edge - not sure yet.
