This 1080p Full HD web camera is an excellent value. At just under $20 the price is way below many other 1080p webcams available on Amazon.First off, I was VERY pleased with the image quality it delivers. The image is sharp and clear and works well with the virtual background image processing built into zoom. I have other 1080p webcams, that I paid several times as much for, that have a poorer image quality than this device.It features a built-in base that allows you to attach it to the top of your laptop screen or a monitor that is similar to most other webcams I've used. However, in addition, this webcam comes with a small tripod that screws into the base. This gives you a lot of flexibility in where or how you want to place the camera.In addition, the camera is attached to the base with a ball joint that allows you to rotate the camera on the base. This is a unique and flexible design that I really found helpful. My computers are not perfectly aligned with my workspace so being able to turn the camera left or right on the base made it easy to get the view I wanted.It has the standard built-in microphone and includes a built-in privacy cover too. It has two led indicators, one for power the other for camera on. It is USB 2.0 but works fine plugged into my USB 3.0 port.If you are thinking of getting a 1080p webcam, I would consider this one. It is really an excellent value!For reference, I currently own four other webcams. Three are 1080p and one is 4K.

I needed a new camera for Zoom calls (my internal one isn't great), but didn't want anything too pricey. I've only used it once, but it worked seamlessly almost as soon as I plugged it in and the camera was reasonably good.The mic also worked better than my internal and didn't seem to pick up background noises (but it was a quiet day around my office, so I can't be sure). A couple of caveats:The privacy cover can flop closed if you're not careful.The HD 1080 view has a bit of a "fisheye" distortion to it (see pix), so I switched to regular (in Zoom). The picture isn't as clear of course (see pix), but worked well for me.I'm going to play around with it a little more, but (again) I'm happy with it for the money.

Immediately out the box, I was pleased to see the lens had a cover, for I do not want my lens to be damaged by dust or wear. And it also pleased me to know that it came equipped with a tripod mounting system; now I can connect it to my own personal mounting system.The camera itself worked flawlessly; now I can capture high definition video, audio, and photo from the comfort of the same machine that I use to edit these various multimedia formats. And also now I need not worry about the minimal storage space afforded by an SD Card or any other limited storage mechanism, for I have the storage capacity of my personal machine to better help me.

For this quality I do not believe one can find a better camera, considering the price. I have used it for a couple of weeks, no issues. It comes with a tripod, or it can be placed on monitor and has a covering for the lens. Nothing to dislike.

Great image quality! Way better than my laptop’s. Just plug and use right away. Tri pod and mount make it easy to get the right angle for video conferences.

It was easy to use. Love that's it's plug-n-play. No additional software to install. I didn't want to use the camera from my laptop as I have 2 other monitors that I face more than my small laptop screen. It worked out just fine.

Did everything I would want it to, gets the job done. I would buy it again.
