Mine are white, however, I have a problem with them. They may fit beautifully when you get them. Wear them for a couple of hours before you decide to purchase. Mine slowly stretch out over time. I have to wash and dry them to return them to proper fit. Unfortunately, since I liked them immediately, I had them shortened so I can't return them.

Q: What is the inseam length?

I don't know exactly. I had the hem altered to a 30 " length. I Think we cut off about 2". So possibly 32" or 33". I hope this helps.

Q: What is the difference between the Dark Enzyme color and the Rinse color?

I know for sure that I have bought both colors. I went to my closet to check, but the labels don't indicate which pair is which. My guess is the dark enzyme is darker than rinse, but I wouldn't swear to it. That's one problem with NYDJ--they don't specify differences between their color names. Good luck.
