To suck up liquids you need to remove the bag, so it will really depend on what you then use it for. If you only suck up liquid then there will be no debris, but if you suck up a mixture then you may need to filter it through something.

What is the difference between wd3 and wd3 p?

can this KD3 be used as a carpet extractor (after shampooing) with a small flat nozzle accessory?

I wouldn’t do it on a carpet because it doesn’t have the suction that a carpet cleaner has .Test it on a sample piece of carpet if you do want to do it .It might work if it was a spillage but cleaner fluids needs extraction with the dirty water
