I never had a problem. Make sure the pad is in correctly in the runner. You may to play with it.

Q: my curler came without the black 'replacement' part, also without an extra one, rendering it useless, can i purchase them from you?

This curler does not come with replacement rubber, I'm afraid.

Q: Does it come with Extra Refill?

No,doesn't.Because, previously the one that was shipped from Manufacturer had extra refill as a only bonus.Currently, many of the things that have been shipped from the factory, it does not have.
