I usually take this with a probiotic as well, but if I had to choose one or the other on a trip, I would choose this over a probiotic. It helps digest your food, which comes in clutch on holidays, and helps your body absorb other supplements as well as medications. Also, if you take any meds that make you constipated, you will need these with all your meals to stay ahead of it and keep you regular.
