Have had these for 1 week so far. The quality and brightness fit my needs not so bright but bright enough to suit the ambient need. Connection with Google home lags a bit you do have to give it a second for the small receiver box on the strip to receive the command you told Google to do weather it be changing color, brightness, on/off App needs major work, app is not iPhone friendly. Multiple crashes or network error . Contracting the developer is not easy. Websited is translated in foreign language so if you don’t know the language try contacting Amazon to contact the seller, I’d say if that doesn’t work. Hopefully the developer sees this and improves customer service resources for everyone to comprehend

We ended up buying a set of these lights for all 3 of our bedrooms! They just peel and stick, pretty easy, except having to stand on something and holding your arms up working your way around the room. Our bedrooms are about 12x12 ish. If the lights had a longer cord to the plug-in they would have just about reached perfectly around end to end but I had to start them from the floor in the corner of the room, run them up the corner and then around the ceiling. They work easily with the app. Can change them to pretty much any color you can think of and dim them if you want. I also set up a daily timer of when they turn on and off. They are the perfect night light and fun.

Got two sets to put on my dog crates. Installed, set up and there are sections that don’t come on, sections that are different colors and colors aren’t matching what I am choosing in the app. I have reset, reconfigured on app and unplugged and the same thing. I have the same set under my counter but didn’t use as much so didn’t have any issues. I used about 40 ft of this and have these issues. Will contact support but that’s usually useless! The first two pics are what happened when I changed to pink. If I do a different color, the front section on one doesn’t work! I hate to have to do this all over!

Work as expected

Failed after six months. Some of the LEDs stopped working out of nowhere in the strip. not one single color either. However, these light strips are designed, I guess, the LEDs are grouped? One goes out, six go out? I've lost 12 green LEDs, two sets of six lights in one strand, and 6 blue LEDs. All the red ones work.
