I love my gold rush bucket-honestly
I love my gold rush bucket. It has everything I need in one place.When I first thought about getting it the boys made fun of me .The more I thought about it the more it made sense to avoid a large load. I have been a gold prospector for years.Not much luck ,but I enjoy it. I usually go by myself now that my son is grown ,which means I'm loaded down with a back pack, and my pans etc. The items that don't fit I bungee cord on.Now that I have everything all together in one bucket I am so happy and also safer in climbing to certain areas without trying to balance everything.I also have an extra hand to carry my sluice box if I want to bring it too. I love the classifying bowl because if I don't want to stand around panning all day I save my dirt and bring it home to run through the gold wheel.

good concept
Concept is good!... I haven't used it yet, but anxious over what results will be. I really was shocked I got a pink gold pan.. I'm not sure how good the pink color will help with gold recovery. I would prefer darker pan color

It works for the part time gold prospecter.
It works but only would use it to do test areas do to some gold being lost in the over flow but every device isnt perfect. It is faster than panning one pan at a time.

Granddaughters love it
Purchased this as an entry-level approach to get granddaughters interested in becoming gold-diggers. Some of that will come later in life but I thought no time like the present to get them started. Something to get them thinking more about the "dinosaur diarrhea" they sort through to bring home. Hopefully learning the physics and hydraulics of streams will be more fun and rewarding without them realizing Papa is trying to teach a lesson. Getting wet is half the fun.
