If you can get past the HIGH price then this is probably what you need and want.Some thoughtful touches that separate this organizer from others I've seen are the cutouts to accommodate the wheels and handle-side bottom shapes and harder foam on bottom side, as that side is also protected by the pelican frame and handle assembly.I have used this for my camera equipment but after a few voluntolds that it would need to be checked at gate, I have since opted for backpack system for such equipment. I find this works great at sorting my scuba equipment. I can store and organize my sidemount reg setup and my wife's regs along with secondaries, parts kits and reg rebuild kits and I dont have to worry about checked weight or mishandling.4 straps are provided for extra securing and LOTS of foam padding for even the most compartmentalized of people.The quality of stitching and pads is excellent, which makes the whole thing sturdy and easy to customize.Looks great and is solid value when compared to broken gear.

This will fit most pelicans cases of this size.

While the product is great if you know how much room it uses , I still wish it was a bit thinner.The Velcro holds quite well and it allows for an endless amount customization, I feel it just needs to be thinner, especially on the border piece.Fits exactly as intended for the size of the case and easy to setup to your liking.

Great for camera gear in your pelican case. Expensive tho.

I got this for my pelican 1535 and was very disappointed to find that the bottom of this insert is not really padded at all! I regret buying this, and now that i've opened it up and put it in my case to try it out, I imagine I cannot return it. I was thinking about buying the nanuk 935 with the insert (which looks way more padded than this thing) to have in addition to my pelican and now I wish I had done that. I just figured well this is a cheaper option and should be about the same. ugh.Look, if you put your camera lenses in addition sleeves, I guess this could be trustworthy. But I wanted something like this to avoid the hassle of sleeves. It's really not padded enough in my opinion to protect your stuff. Some of the velcro is really finnicky so it's hard to use the straps to get your gear tied down tightly.honestly I had a neewer camera case that feels more padded than this, it's about 60% of the size so not a perfect fit to get all my gear but that thing was only $25, and better constructed/more padded than this thing.This thing is probably fine if you are not really traveling much or don't mind using padded sleeves around your lenses, but I don't think I trust this enough to fly with. I never check my pelican case if I can avoid it but I worry about turbulence and having to roll my peli over things like cobblestone roads in foreign countries, I dont want my lenses moving around in here - it's just not padded enough for that. I will probably have to do pick n pluck foam or start using a backpack instead.
