Big Sound - Little Speaker
I was pleasantly surprised with these after I charged them and paired them to my phone. (1 at a time - 2nd one I have is for my fiance'.) The sound is incredible and I was very impressed. I highly recommend this small but powerful Bluetooth speaker!! And customer service was outstanding. I did not have a problem with the speakers, just a few basic questions. (I'm old and I had to refresh my memory!)

Poor quality would not recommend to anyone
This is an extremely poor quality speaker and I would not recommend it to anyone. I ordered one and it had issues with charging. Requested a replacement and the second one has a totally different issue. It lowers the volume automatically so now I have to keep increasing volume every 5 min.
