Super cute shorts and great for working out! They fit true to size and are really flattering. They don’t roll up while you’re moving, which is a huge plus. The compression is really nice, it holds everything in without feeling too tight or uncomfortable. The material feels really good quality and is on the thicker side, so they’re not see-through and feel very durable. They are slightly longer than they look in the pictures, but you can scrunch them up and they still look really cute. The color is accurate to the photos, and they still look the same even after about a year of wear, which says a lot about the quality. Overall, these are sturdy, flattering, and perfect for workouts. I would definitely recommend them.

These AUROLA Intensify seamless workout shorts are amazing! The fabric is soft, stretchy, and moves with you, which makes them perfect for squats, yoga, or any high-intensity workout. The high waistband stays in place and provides great support without digging in. I also love the seamless design—no chafing or irritation at all. They fit true to size and hug your body in all the right places. Definitely my new favorite workout shorts, stylish and functional for the gym or casual wear.

I’m literally obsessed with these shorts!! 😍 The fit is super flattering and hugs your body perfectly without feeling too tight. The scrunch detail in the back gives the cutest shape and makes everything look so good. The material is soft, stretchy, and not see-through at all (even when bending). They stay in place during workouts and are really comfortable to wear all day. Definitely a confidence boost and sooo cute for the gym or just lounging. I already want more colors 💕✨

To start I own 5 other pairs of these in the darker colors and they are true to size after 1 or 2 wears. I have the navy, cobalt blue, dark purple and cherry red, and dusty pink colors in these shorts so far. They are my absolute favorite gym shorts. I have never owned the alphalete shorts to compare and probably never will due to all the horror stories. I am glute heavy and everyone I know has a scrunch rip on them in the gym at some point with the alphaletes. That's a no for me friends. I can honestly say I loved these better than gymshark and all the gymshark and NVGTN dupes out there. They are soft, super stretchy and not hot at all (which I find all the GS shorts to be stiff and hot, NVGTN are nice but sizing is always tricky). I really wanted some summer colors, have watched tons of tiktok reviews as well as went through all the reviews with photos here on amazon. I decided to go with my original size first in my original order. I would like to note I'm latina, with thicck thighs and I am glute heavy. These were too sheer in every colorway I bought (I have the blue, green and orange). I think my thighs and my glutes definitely played there part in making them more sheer than they would be on a less curvy body type. I would say they were like 35% squat proof. Definitely not leg day appropriate (I wouldn't even bend down in these in the gym on an arm day lol). I have tanned, bronze skin so I can get away with most sheer gym shorts that are at least 60% squat proof usually (I am also a commando gyms shorts girl, because I HATE underwear lines). I returned all 3 colorways and order a size up. The light blue was the most sheer on me in my original size with orange and green not far behind. In the size up I would say these are now up to my 60% squat proof margin when adjusted correctly (I scrunch up the leg length and pull all excess fabric in the crotch area back towards my glutes and the squat so all the material gathers between my cheeks) This is what makes the shorts just look slightly opaque when I squat in them. I would now wear them all leg day no problem. Couple of notes: the waist on the size up feels relatively the same compression as my original size large (45" hips, 32" waist, 5'8 for ref), the lower tummy region, legs and glutes all have a ton of extra fabric. I had a ridiculous amount to readjust and move around. The scrunch now sits a bit higher than the top of my glutes (fine for me because I can fiddle to get where I need it). Lastly, the thighs fit so much better! My size larges are always rolling up, I hate it! However the waist, butt scrunch and amount of material is just better on the large for me. To conclude do these ONLY IF your good with about 60% squat proof, go commando or have a seamless thong the exact color of your skin, have a darker skin complexion (will hide the sheerness rather than highlight it) and your willing to size up and deal with extra material. If you're not good with them appearing opaque (the colors of the waist band are much richer and will highlight that these can be sheer) then I would skip on these and get the darker alternatives. The least sheer on my skin tone so far was orange (probably because I'm brown so I can hide it better). The green is doable but pushing it and I haven't received the blue yet in the new size but I think it wont be too bad. PS: THESE WILL HIGHLIGHT ALL THE CELLULITE, BUMPS AND DIMPLES YOU HAVE! I don't struggle with this but when doing a couple exercises in the mirror it was the first thing I noticed. I hope this extremely long review will help!

I am a huge Lululemon fan. And don’t get me wrong- I still am! I tried these shorts and I looove them. They are supposed to be like the DFYNE brand of shorts and my review will be comparing all three of these shorts. What I love about Lululemon (specifically wonder train) is the material and its stretchiness and the way they look. These Aurora shorts I loved for different reasons: I love the compression fabric. I feel “in place” when I workout with these shorts on. I love that the scrunch is not too much (I believe the DFYNE shorts have too much scrunch). The scrunch on these shorts is subtle enough to not be too obvious, but still make your butt look great! (I also just feel silly wearing shorts with too much scrunch). But these shorts are perfect for modesty. I will be getting these in more colors because they are so worth the price! What’s better than feeling “in place” when you’re working out and confident that they won’t ride up or roll up or shift when doing high intensity movements or even weight lifting and also subtle looking good-ness LOL. I am short and muscular and curvy and I’m very particular about the clothes I wear on my lower body. I give these shorts 5 stars. The fit is true to size. I got a size large. If I want more compression I’ll order a medium, but I feel the large gave me enough compression (not too much to where I felt like a sausage). Highly recommend!

I got these in Maroon and they are so comfortable, they don’t ride up, and don’t show sweat (unsure if lighter colors do). I tested them and did a workout that makes me sweat a LOT everywhere (I am a very sweaty person) and by the end saw zero evidence of sweat anywhere on the shorts. They are medium thick material and are squat proof. You can also adjust how long you want them— if you prefer more a bike short fit, you can do that. If you like them rolled all the way up, they work with that. I like that they make the booty look good and smooth, without that super obvious scrunch line that most shorts have down the middle. My waist is around 37”, hips 46” and thighs 28” and they fit super well. The waistband is thick and does tuck into my tummy rolls, but not in an uncomfortable manner. I got a size L and they fit just right- not too loose, not too tight. The bands around the thighs are also not too tight and prevent them from rolling up which is great. I did a variety of leg movements and stretches and they didn’t budge!

This review might be a little long but HEAR ME OUT! When I tell you I sprinted to go on amazon and try these babies out, guuuuurrrrrllll I mf SPRINTED! I had to see if these were the ultimate dupes for one of my favorite gym shorts or even better. I had super high hopes for these beauties and even though they are not what I was expecting they are damn near close. So I thought I would share my thoughts because I can't stop thinking about these shorts and I WANT to be a huge fan of them! If there's an update on these shorts in the future, you best believe I'm buying ALL the colors in my size!!! So let's start with the positives. These shorts are admittedly on another level in a good way! They are comfy, soft, breathable, stretchy, squat proof (at least the color I tried on), and fits in almost all the right places for me. To give you a mental picture I would say that I have a curvy athletic build, super tall 6'1", around 180 pounds, and hold most of my weight in the lower region of my body aka below the hips. My peach is a combination of fat and muscle but it is not like the super perky butts you see on social media. So I tend to spend some coin on shorts and leggings that flatter that part of my body for added confidence. Then I heard about these bad boys and gave them a shot. I got a size L (I'm usually between M-L) because I personally like the extra room for the gainz and I usually like sizing up in short anyways but I digress. Even though I've only tried them on, I would say they are sooooooo close to being the perfect dupe of "that brand" that has blown up for their amplify collection. I think these are great for a lift, yoga, walks, hikes, lounging around and probably even other forms of cardio. From my short test I did at home while trying these on (squats, high knees kicks, and jumps) I feel pretty confident that the scrunch won't break easily. When it comes to the fit, they are not a long biker short on me but they don't show any cake spilling out in the back after some movement and I'm a tall gal with a dumpy and lots of shorts usually show a little somethin somethin after I move around. Another plus is they don't create muffin quads on my big thighs and it's very common for shorts to make my legs look chunky. HOWEVER, where I think these shorts lack is the booty region which I find to be pretty important since these shorts have a scrunch in the back for the "peach" effect. I will say I like that the scrunch isn't too much like most scrunch butts where it screams "look at me" and it doesn't give me a unibutt either. But sadly this scrunch for some reason doesn't flatter my booty at all. I even asked my boyfriend for his opinion and I showed him these shorts and the shorts they are a dupes for one after the other multiple times and he agrees that these shorts don't do it for me but the amplify shorts do. I did notice when I put the shorts side by side the scrunch on the Aurola shorts doesn't go all the way to the gusset crotch seam and I thought that might be the problem but I'm not entirely sure. I mean if these shorts could make my cheeks look amazing then they would be my favorite gym shorts EVAHHHHH! Another con for me is the logo. I do feel a little self-conscious with the words being close to another word "areo..."... I mean if you know, you know. I hope these changes can be made because I would get them again in a heart beat and probably try the leggings too.

I think they are good shorts, but they are not squat proof, and for the price I feel like they could be a little bit better quality.
