Is this the version that is a straight shaft or the newer version with the interchangeable tip?

The 671-6 model has a fixed "cabinet" (flat slot) tip.  It looks like model 67100 has the interchangeable tip.

Is it made in usa!?

The rubber handle cover has the words "Made in U.S.A." molded in. I would assume that this relates to the entire tool, but who knows?  I will say that Klein Tools are fantastic, and I often select this brand over others when I have the choice for a particular style of tool.

Question 3

Is the shaft suppose to free spin from the handle?

The shaft spins freely. In my experience, it's a two-handed tool. Hold the shaft in the screw head with one hand and spin / crank it with the handle. I find it very useful for seating small screws quickly.

Question 4

Is this a plain "regular" or "flat head" tip?  That's what I am looking for.  I don't know what a "cabinet tip" is...

"Cabinet Tip" means that the shaft of the flat/slot driver is parallel all the way down the full length of the shaft. This is in contrast to "Keystone" flat/slot tips that flare out (like it's been hammered flat), so that the tip has sort of an angle both on the flats and the sides too; Keystone tips won't fit into narrow holes like Cabinet tips will. The shafts on Keystone tip drivers are usually a bit thicker, too, so more power can be applied (though that's not always good). Phillips/Torx/Robertson (square) tips do not have Keystone tips, I can't come up with any type of tip other than Flat that has a Cabinet or Keystone choice involved.
