Lock worked fine for a few weeks, then one day it would not open despite the indicator going green showing the correct code was entered.We had to cut the lock off

I got this for my husband to use on job sites.He does all things home build and repair.This lock looked like a great option to lock a power panel while working on the electrical system to keep him safe by preventing other people from turning the power on.It arrives ready to program. That is done with an app from the manufacturer.There was a QR code to scan on the directions to get to it.It has great directions that are easy to use.It seems to be excellent quality.It is very strong.It feels solid.It is waterproof and the buttons are easy to understand and use.We tested it out by locking it into itself. We then opened it with the app and reclosed it.We next opened it with the buttons and reclosed it.The next this we tried was my husbands smart watch.It also successfully and easily opened it.We have no issues with this lock so we would buy it again.

The first one I received was dud. It would not work on internal power. The manufacturer quickly determined that it was defective and ask that I have it replaced by Amazon.So far the replacement is working perfectly. It is quite compact. My two suggestion for the manufacturer are to make the numbers on the face a bit larger and to allow four digit codes.I will update my review if I run into any difficulties. I can see this lock, and the accompanying system being very useful for a business that has a lot of lock-out, tag-out items.

We own an escape room company, and locks are our thing. We couldn't get these to work at all. The phone app didn't work and the codes we tried to program them with didn't work either. We can't use them if they aren't reliable and work easily.

The media could not be loaded.  Hey there everyone, I hate doing bad reviews but you all need to be aware of this! So I had used this lock 1 Single time and then it broke! I put this lock on my trailer to lock it. The box says water resistant which you will see in the picture I have taken. IT IS NOT WATER RESISTANT! I had charged this up and then put it on my trailer and have left it out there. It was dead when I went back out which has been about 3 weeks that it was left out there. Well it is full of water in the lock which found out way after I plugged it up to try and get it to unlock. It came on, looked as if it was going to work and I then used the app and hit unlock on the app and it said it was unlocked but it did not unlock the device! I pulled and pulled on it but nothing! It stayed locked. This actually caused me to not be able to use my vehicle since it was to late at night to cut it off due to my neighbors sleeping. So I was unable to do what I was needing to due to this lock. After about 25 mins of me trying to enter the code and use the app to get it to unlock it just up and quite working! Now I did not know it was full of water until after all this had happened. I thought it was “WEATHER RESISTANT” as they say it is! But nope it is not. So now my lock is fried I am assuming and I will be having to cut it off my trailer today. Now if your wondering if it got damaged somehow I can say 💯% that it did not! I put the lock on there and I haven’t moved the vehicle or trailer ever since! So it didn’t have any pressure out on it or anything. Just was out in the weather is all. So this is upsetting because I only did this to review the item since that is what I do is review items on here. I used it outside because I thought it could be used out in the weather since it said water resistant and they show images of it being used for commercial stuff like on the outside of a home and all. It truly is upsetting because I could have used it for other things inside my home or like on my tool box. I had to make sure to fully review the item and put it to the test to make sure what they say is accurate and all. Anyways due to this happening and since it’s now past the point for me to return it, I am stuck with it being broken. So if I was you only use this indoors and not anywhere that there is water or weather/moisture! I did truly like the lock and it’s design. There is no keys or a way to unlock it without using the code or app! Must have power to unlock the device. If it dies you can always use the usb cord to power it to unlock it. Hope this helps you. This lock started strong, I did like the convenience, until I no longer did. Twice I could not get it to unlock at the gym, waited almost an hour, fighting this lock. The first time, I thought it was a weird Bluetooth signal interference, then came the second time. I tried the code and the phone app, it beeps but would not unlock. I logged out of the phone app, cleared the cache and the data, no luck. It opened when it wanted. I do not think I want to spend an extra 45 mn to an hour in a smelly guys locker room. I returned it for full refund. Like I said it was the lock that was almost smart.

app doesn't work - so lock is unusable - app on google play store is 2.1. App doesn't work. You can't even program the lock to use only the keypad part of the lock. You have to use the app?

Das Schloss selbst wirkt eigentlich sehr stabil und sein Geld wert.Leider bringt das wenig, wenn die App so übel ist. Die halbe Zeit wird das Schloss erst einmal gar nicht erkannt, und/oder man erhält eine rohe Java-Fehlermeldung.Dann hat die App die furchtbarste deutsche Übersetzung, die ich je gesehen habe, z.B. wird man gleich zui Beginn von 2 Buttons begrüßt, auf denen bei beiden "Anmelden" steht. Damit ist "Sign up" und "Log In" gemeint. Der Rest der App ist vergleichbar schwer verständlich. (Und nein, man kann die Sprache nicht wechseln).Der letztendliche Killer ist aber, dass sich der Energiesparmodus nicht abschalten lässt - der Schalter im Optionsmenü funktioniert einfach nicht. Dadurch funktioniert die Fernsteuerung nur dann, wenn jemand kurz davor vor Ort das Schloss einschaltet, was es für meine Zwecke nutzlos macht. Aber auch andernfalls ist die App viel zu unzuverlässig, als dass ich ihr das Schloss für irgend etwas Wichtiges verwenden würde.

The padlock itself, along with the free software, is robust but it can be troublesome and not always puck up the codes when you create them. Returned for refund.Would I recommend this product? 回転させるダイヤル式南京錠やプッシュボタン式等のアナログの南京錠はネットやYouTube などで開錠方法が解説されているし、鍵式の南京錠は同じ番号の南京錠を買ってこれば簡単に解錠されるので、指紋認証のデジタル式の南京錠を使っていました。しかし指紋認識の南京錠は指が乾燥していたり濡れていると認識しないという問題があり、私の高齢の親から使い物にならないと言われ、別の南京錠を探していました。この鍵は、スマホと連動して暗証番号を設定出来るし、スマホ無しでも設定した暗証番号で解錠出来るので、今のところ一番良いと思いました。ただ価格が高いと思うので、もう少し安くなればありがたいです。

I purchase it with the metal mini padlock. The red colour looks good. The apps is very simple & also easy to use it.

Very impressive product. Recommended by a friend and bought it for office product storage. Now I don't have to keep spare keys for other office staff. Once I downloaded the app, everything step is quite intuitive to follow. The manual instructions are clear also. Overall very good product.
