Not moisturizing
Rather than providing moisture this bar was very drying. I usually love the body shop but this bar of soap was a miss.

Misleading Description
Absolutely disappointing. After one use, the smell went away. It's as if the company sprayed the bar with a scent, but the SPRAYED scent isn't the actual smell of the bar. Horrible. Extremely disappointing

fragrance irritated my sensitive skin
I was really hoping this product would not irritate my skin. After the first day of using the bar my hands were a little swollen which I associated to possibly washing them too often (another problem I have). After using the bar for two day on my hands by the third day my hands were too puff that I could not comfortably put my rings on. I cannot tolerated most perfumes/fragrances but I was hoping that the hypoallergenic fragrance would be different. This is a nice smelling bar of soap but if you are like me an struggle with finding a truly none irritable perfume/fragrance free soap I would avoid this.

Love This Soap!
One of my favorite soaps. Fragrance does not over whelm and just the right amount of suds.

Drying Rather than Nourishing
This soap seems to be on the acidic end of the ph scale. Instead of giving my dry, sensitive skin a moisturizing, nourishing feeling after use, it left my skin dry.
