This R.D.S. Industries Game Traveler Deluxe Travel Case for the Nintendo Switch isn’t flashy, but it does exactly what it’s supposed to — protect your console when you’re on the move. The build feels solid and substantial, not like some flimsy pouch that’s going to tear the first time it’s tossed in a backpack. The hard exterior provides real protection against bumps and drops, and the interior fits the Switch nicely without feeling too tight or too loose. Storage is thoughtful: there’s room for a few game cartridges, cables, and an extra pair of Joy-Cons. Everything stays put and organized — no fishing around at the bottom of a bag for a tiny game card. The licensed design looks clean and classic, and the zipper feels like it’ll last through repeated uses. Look, it’s a travel case — not a miracle product. But if you want peace of mind knowing your Switch is safe when you take it out of the house, this one does the job without drama. Good value for what it is.

If there is a delay to the shipping, it is worth waiting it out. Although I was originally quoted 1-2 months it showed up in a week which is always a plus. I have the black case which, like others have mentioned, does have a smell to it. It does not bother me and I expect it to dissipate over time. I do have to press my nose on the case to smell it so, I do not consider that to be much of an issue as I will likely never be doing that again. The case itself is ascetically pleasing and subtle. Dead center you have the Nintendo Switch logo along with one on the pull tab. The zipper is red and white which seems unimportant but I appreciate the attention to detail. The texture on the case itself makes it feel a little more rugged. The handle at the top I wish was slightly stiffer but I will seldom be holding it like a briefcase. When you open the case you have a zippered pouch that can hold a charger, headphones, or the Joy-Con attachments. Underneath the pouch is screen friendly padding that should protect the display. The pouch actually holds the device in place as well so when you unzip the case it will reduce the chances of it falling out. The area for the Switch has the right amount of room as it will not slide around but also does not put any unnecessary pressure on the device. There are even small cutouts for the rear triggers so that they will stay in there resting position. The two game card cases are nice and will be more useful once I build my game library. Below the two cutouts for the game cards is a long horizontal cutout for... headphones? Some may complain that it does not hold a power cable but if it did the size of the case would increase too much for me to have purchased this in the first place.

Such a fabulous case! I have an old school first generation Switch, and it holds it incredibly well supported. I also love the enclosed clam shell style game card holders that are included. The case I have for the other Switch we own only has the fabric pockets for games, and that always feels worrisome that one will slip out. Really well made and a good price point

Great item. Very high quality, I am super glad I went with this one. I like that there’s a strap to secure the switch and the shell is hard enough for me to feel plenty safe and secure that my switch will be ok in my backpack.

This case is very protective and high quality. My switch lite definitely fits a little oddly in it; it always feels like I've put it in the wrong way and that it will move around, but it does secure it well. Lightweight and slim.

The case itself is good but I don’t like the game cartridge holders. The game cartridges just sit in the holders and when you open them the game cartridges fall out. Other than that, the Switch fits in the carrying case perfectly and the case seems durable.

I travel a ton for work and like brining my switch along for entertainment. This fits the switch perfectly while being a nice compact size to shove into a backpack. It has great padding to protect the switch. I've used this repeatedly for a few years now and it has held up nicely.

Ich vergleiche dieses Travel Case mit dem Tomtoc Travel Case (das Mittelgroße der Drei), dem Tomtoc Slim Case und der Orzly Switch Tragetasche. Ich habe alle vier getestet und mich für das Nintendo Case entschieden. Vergleich zu Tomtoc Slim: + Bessere Verarbeitung des Nintendo Cases, vor allem fester/stoßsicherer und besserer Reißverschluss + Platz für Joycon-Schlaufen und In-Ear-Kopfhörer + Joycons der Switch haben mehr Platz oben und werden nicht zusammengedrückt + Spiele und MicroSD-Karten können in zwei beiliegenden Boxen unter der Switch verstaut werden (bis zu 8). Das finde ich persönlich besser als die Spiele in die Fächer der Tragetasche einzustecken da ich manchmal auch eine große Tasche verwende oder die Switch länger zuhause im Dock habe - Tomtoc Slim Case ist dünner und damit platzsparender Vergleich zu Tomtoc Travel Case + Bessere Verarbeitung des Nintendo Cases, vor allem fester/stoßsicherer und besserer Reißverschluss - weniger Platz, ins Tomtoc passen komfortabel Ladegerät, Playstand, Extra Joycons etc. + im Tomtoc sitzt die Switch ziemlich fest drin und ist schwerer rauszubekommen + Das Handling des Nintendo Cases ist wesentlich besser. Ein- und Auspacken der Switch geht viel leichter und schneller + Das Tomtoc Case ist für mich viel zu groß um die Switch immer dabei zu haben + Spiele und MicroSD-Karten können in zwei beiliegenden Boxen unter der Switch verstaut werden (bis zu 8). Vergleich zur Orzly Tragetasche + Bessere Verarbeitung des Nintendo Cases, vor allem fester/stoßsicherer und besserer Reißverschluss + Im Orzly muss die Switch mit zwei Gummis befestigt werden, das ist nervig beim Ein- und Auspacken + Im Orzly Case werden die Joycons nicht gut gestützt, sie schweben etwas in der Luft und werden gefährlich nach unten gedrückt, wenn man die Tasche gefüllt hat + Orzly Tasche ist viel zu weich und schützt kaum - Orzly Tasche ist genauso groß wie Nintendo aber hat deutlich mehr Platz, es passen extra Joycons hinein und ein Playstand + Spiele und MicroSD-Karten können in zwei beiliegenden Boxen unter der Switch verstaut werden (bis zu 8). Abschließend bleibt zu sagen, dass das Nintendo Case sowohl am besten verarbeitet ist von allen Cases und meiner Meinung nach den besten Schutz für die Switch bietet und die beste Möglichkeit, Spiele zu verstauen. Wenn man mit dem geringen Platzangebot für Zubehör zurechtkommt, sollte man auf jeden Fall das von Nintendo nehmen.

Bellissimo case semirigido della Big Ben, che non delude mai per qualità dei prodotti. Perfetto per chi non vuole custodie ingombranti e non vuole sempre a star li a staccare i joycon per riporre la console. Avevo un case economico, che ho dovuto cambiare causa rottura della zip di chiusura esterna, e qualitativamente questo della Big Ben è tutta un'altra cosa. La stabilità della Switch è assicurata sia dalla parte inferiore che è modellata per accogliere perfettamente la forma dei joycon, sia dalla protezione dello schermo che viene fissata con una linguetta e mantiene fermo il tutto. In più ci sono anche due comodissimi porta cartuccie (4 cartucce l'uno) veramente solidi e ben fatti, posti sotto la Switch in condizioni di massima sicurezza. Unica pecca la mancanza di altri spazi, oltre alla piccola tasca sopra la protezione per lo schermo, che impedisce il trasporto di altri accessori. Consigliata
