Mixing it with skimmed milk and some water. My husband (lactose intolerant) mixes it with curd, which is also works like a charm. 1 scoop keeps me full for at least 2-3 hours, so I can workout with a light stomach and without hunger crumps. Doesn't cause acne, indigestion or any other common issues. A very decent protein in this price range.

**Q: The product i received has wet powder, why is this wet instead of dry. Also the tatse is horrible and didn't mix well in water**
A: this must be because of moisture, but if the powder is paste-like then you should return it. it does have mixability issues try changing the quantities of solvent. as for the taste try giving the packed powder some fresh air, within a few weeks the taste will start developing.
