I love this *so* much! I can focus as much pressure & time on any specific spot I need. Soooo good! Great deep tissue pressure, and very effective pain relief. The heat is great when I want it, and easy to turn it off. In fact, all of the controls make it easy to customize every session. I can't believe how effective this massager is for the low price of $35. I'm saving $100s on massages.

Purchased this for my wife and I who both spend a lot of time at the computer. This is really a nice massager. It works great not only on shoulders and neck, but also works good on the lower back. We like that it also came with a car plug so we can use it on the road.

​This massager is exceptional for the neck and very satisfying for the lower back. It’s important to note that while the whole unit lights up red, the heat actually emanates from one specific spot at the bottom designed for the base of your neck. It doesn't heat the entire device, but once it settles on your neck for a bit, it feels great. On other body parts, you won't really feel the heat. While it works well enough on the lower back, the design is clearly neck-focused. Also, keep in mind it must be plugged in. If you want to move around while using it, paying extra for the wireless version is definitely worth it.

I’ve looked for years for something that would be able to massage my neck and back efficiently. Literally this device is excellent. It has heat but not too hot and it basically gives a real massage. When using it on my neck on the right side, I had a huge knot if anyone gets those type headache, headaches, and neck pain from tense muscles. This is the item to use. After about 15 minutes the night in my right side of my neck was completely gone. I don’t do many reviews, but when I find something that I think others would utilize and get what they are looking for I want wanted to give five stars in a review for this excellent product.

One of the best massagers I have purchased to help with neck and back pain. I have been getting severe pains in upper back around neck and mid to upper back right side. This thing is very effective to use just sitting around and hit the spots as needed. The heat gets very hot and effective. First time I used this I put a lot of pressure on my back behind areas needed and let me tell you I was sore for two days after using this but it rid my pain I had been having for over a month. This can be used all over the body as needed. I really like the design and ease of use. It even came with an adapter for car so perfect for long trips. Worth every penny

The massager seems to be well made, and I think it works the way it’s supposed to. It’s just way too heavy to sit on me. I have fibromyalgia, and that makes it painful to use. I’m sure it’s a good product. It’s just not for me.

For under $40, this absolutely competes with much more expensive massagers. It’s not a gentle spa massage, it’s more of a “work out the knots” kind of tool, which is exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend for anyone dealing with tight neck, shoulder, or back muscles.
