I will not iron a shirt without it now. It is easy to use. Just slide it in each sleeve and you can iron each sleeve in just a few seconds. Prior to using it I would spend much longer trying to get the sleeve to lay flat to keep from ironing creases in it. I also communicated directly with the company prior to it being available on Amazon and they were very responsive in keeping me informed of its availability in the US. It is literally just a thin stainless rod bent into an L shape. You bend it further while using it to slip it into the sleeve.
