Excellent generous size. SO pretty!! Great gift.

The first set that arrived appeared to have the seal already broken with a note on the seal saying, “DO NOT SHIP IF SEAL IS BROKEN;” it had a mug with a chipped handle and some of the cups had a few small paint markings on them, but the replacement was sent pretty much immediately after my request through Amazon for one, and the return process was quick and easy. The second (unopened) actually new set was as beautiful as advertised and did not have any extra markings on the mugs. I was finally able to use them today for a “tea party,” and they were very sturdy yet light, and I really prefer these 12 fl oz size cups over the smaller 8 oz teacups because they holds more liquid.

I love these! They are the perfect size and thickness, and they are just so cute! You can't put them in the microwave with the gold trim on them, but I just heat up water in a glass measuring cup, steep my tea in that, heat it up a tad more, then more in the cup

The eight mugs that are floral and small polka dots in four colors are absolutely Beautiful in so many ways. They are very wonderful to hold full and empty. There is a great place on the handles for my thumb. It is so comfortable!!!! I LOVE ALL OF THE ROSES!!!! I ALSO love the emerald green of the leaves. Nothing brown or gray in the leaves which I extremely dislike. Because there are so many , I do hope to give some as gifts. I will also remember BTaT in my future purchases for gifting. I Love these cups far more than my Royal Albert new country roses mugs and my new country roses vintage mug. I LOVE THE PRICE!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Cups are very nice. After putting them in my dishwasher in low there’s a tiny spot of the gold missing on one cup so far. I hope that’s all because I really like the cups

I'm throwing a tea party for my nieces, and I bought the BTaT mugs and plates for the party. We LOVE them!!!! It was hard to find a set of 8, but that's what we needed. I decided to go with the mugs because they are bigger than the tea cups. So happy I did! The mugs and plates are gorgeous, and they were a great price as well. Very thankful to have found them! I could not be happier with the quality of the items I received. The delivery was incredibly fast. It actually arrived 3 days early. I really appreciate how careful the seller was to pack them. The plates and mugs came in their own boxes with plenty of Styrofoam. Each item was in perfect condition- no damages from shipping. I DEFINITELY recommend. Not only would I purchase this set again, but I will certainly purchase more BTaT products in the future.

These mugs are beautiful. I got them for my church volunteers and staff, filled with candy for Easter. They were perfect.

The mugs transfer heat and get really hot when a hot beverage is poured. And 1 mug arrived broken. Pics attached, I would like to return and get full refund.
